Boosterthon Huge Success

Thank you New Berlin families for supporting the Boosterthon Fun Run.  As of this date, we have profited  $15,000 dollars that will be used for technology, rugs, and leveled books.  We appreciate your support and going above and beyond to help our school.  We have collected 67% of the pledges and will be accepting payments through the last day of school, June 7.

This was the coolest activity.  Thanks to Melanie Peterson and Britt Matson for being such  great sports and congratulations to their students and the top readers from each grade level.  Way to go everyone!

Boosterthon Fun Run May 18

Parents are welcome to attend the Fun Run.  Below is the schedule:

2-3      10:00-11:00
4-5      11:15-12:15

Please join us for the fun!  Volunteers are needed to help with water.  Please contact the office at 714-4601 if you're available.

Boosterthon Pep Rally

Today the students attended the Boosterthon Pep Rally and received their pledge cards.  Please visit funrun.com  and use the access code your child received today to make pledges and track your child's progress.  Thank you for supporting the  Fun Run.

Congratulations to the Top Readers

Congratulations to Ms. Peterson's second grade class and Mrs. Matson's fourth grade class for winning the "Elephanormous" reading challenge.  Ms. Peterson's class read 11, 352 books and Mrs. Matson's class read 1,366 chapter books.  Wow...way to go students!  These students will be going to the Jacksonville Zoo to witness Mrs. Reese and their teachers clean the elephant barn.    Also, the top readers from each grade level will be attending.   The winners are:

1st-Abygail K 1,519 Books - Mrs.Nolan

2nd-Logan Press 1,366 Books - Horne/Gonzales
